Showcase of Medical Discoveries – Cancer Wine and cheese event featuring UAMS investigators presenting posters and discussing their research and discoveries.  Faculty members, research staff, graduate students and postdocs are invited. The event will be held in the Winthrop P. The FDA Office of Pediatric Therapeutics is holding a 3-day Clinical Investigator training workshop in Bethesda, MD, September 22-24, 2014, that is co-sponsored by NIH. FDA Clinical Investigator trainings are usually held once yearly, are the gold standard, and are free of charge, although attendees are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses. This is an important training opportunity for child health investigators with an interest in therapeutics, especially for your KL2 scholars although it is generalizable to all levels
